WHERE WE WORK

Aligned with the region's national ambitions.

Every country in the GCC has placed workforce wellbeing at the heart of its national strategy. SONAS programmes are designed to support these ambitions — delivering the clinical rigour and cultural intelligence that organisations in each market need.

Dubai — Where Ambition Meets Wellbeing Aligned with UAE National Wellbeing Strategy 2031

The UAE has made wellbeing a matter of national policy. The National Wellbeing Strategy 2031, adopted by the UAE Cabinet, aims to make the UAE a world leader in quality of life, with 90 supporting initiatives across more than 40 priority areas.

Workplace mental health is explicitly named as a pillar, with government guides issued to help employers build mentally healthy environments. The UAE is not asking organisations to consider wellbeing. It is telling them to lead it.

Riyadh — The Capital of Transformation Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030

Saudi Arabia is undergoing one of the most ambitious national transformations in modern history. Vision 2030 has placed the quality of life and wellbeing of its people at the centre of the Kingdom's future, and the private sector is expected to lead by example.

Organisations that invest in the psychological safety, resilience, and cultural intelligence of their people are not just doing the right thing. They are executing national strategy.

Doha — Building the Nation Through Its People Aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030

atar National Vision 2030 is built on four pillars, and Human Development sits at its heart.

The Vision is explicit: "Qatar cannot develop its economy and society without its human capital." A capable, motivated, and healthy workforce is not a byproduct of Qatar's ambition, it is a prerequisite for it.

Organisations operating in Qatar that invest in the wellbeing of their people are directly advancing the goals of the nation.

Kuwait City — Investing in Its People

Kuwait's New Kuwait Vision 2035 sets out a clear ambition: to transform Kuwait into a regional financial and cultural hub by investing in the development, health, and capability of its people.

Like its GCC neighbours, Kuwait recognises that economic diversification cannot succeed without a workforce that is resilient, engaged, and psychologically equipped for the demands of a rapidly changing economy.
